 We are experienced RV'ers who, after visiting many private and public camping facilities, decided to create a unique camping experience free of the more conventional activities found in many campgrounds. Our operating philosophy encourages diversity among campers, a respect for privacy and the protection of our mountain environment.
We are proud to offer you an unique camping experience at a private and secure park covering 75 acres in the Globe Valley. The campground adjoins the Pisgah Forest located south of Blowing Rock, North Carolina. We can accommodate everyone from the primitive campers to the Class A motorhomes on our spacious campsites. Once you are setup take a stroll through the campground and see the many things you can do. At the lake you can canoe, paddleboat or go fishing. Go hiking on a trail through several acres or relax in the lodge by watching a movie or television, or chat with friends- new or old. At evening time enjoy a campfire by the river or at your site. During the summer take a refreshing dip in the pool while enjoying the music played outdoors. On special occassions gather with all of the campers and enjoy a pot luck dinner. And don't forget your fur-riends! Dogs are welcome and often enjoy playing in the river too! Please contact us by phone or email with any questions or to make a reservation.
